Customers zoom in on detail, compare pieces, and often build a full look rather than buying a single item, so a generic Shopify template or a plugin-heavy setup flattens exactly the kind of experience that builds buying confidence. The challenge was to build a store entirely from scratch to Navii's exact requirements: a fast, CRO-focused layout, a dedicated Shop the Look section, and a smart cart that makes checkout as considered as the product pages.

Shop the Look: Signature Custom Feature
A dedicated section where fully styled jewellery sets (a ring, a pair of earrings and a necklace, put together the way they'd actually be worn) are shoppable in one click. Customers see the complete look instead of hunting for pieces one at a time, which drives larger baskets and makes the browsing experience feel curated. Built entirely from scratch in custom Liquid, no app dependency.
Built From Scratch, Line by Line
Navii had a precise idea of how every section of the store should look and behave, so nothing here came from a theme's default settings. Every section was coded line by line to match their requirements exactly, which is what separates a custom-built store from a customised template.
Smart Cart, Built for a Frictionless Checkout
A slide-out drawer cart that loads instantly, updates in real time, and keeps the customer in the buying flow instead of redirecting to a separate page. For jewellery, where a customer is often comparing two or three pieces before deciding, a fast and clear cart matters as much as the product pages themselves.
Completely Custom: No Plugins, No Pre-Built Theme
The entire store is written in custom Liquid, Alpine.js, and Tailwind CSS. Zero third-party apps installed, which keeps the store fully in the merchant's control and free from the slowdowns and breakages that come with plugin-heavy Shopify builds.
